It’s National Popcorn Day!
Popcorn is one of the oldest foods in the Americas, originally eaten by Aztec Indians in the 1500s. And, it’s also one of the healthiest snacks that you can eat these days: Air-popped popcorn has only 31 calories per cup and oil-popped is only 55 per cup!
